PLACING AN ORDER

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you spot an error (like an incorrect size or quantity), email us ASAP with your order number, and we’ll confirm if there's still time to work a little magic. Cancelations are a no go.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We've been there! Email us right away with the correct address, and if your order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s shipped, we can’t reroute it. If the package makes it back to our fulfillment partner, it may be eligible for reshipping (additional charges may apply).

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Sometimes an item may show as out of stock because our production partner can’t fulfill it right away. In those cases, fulfillment may be delayed by about 2–4 weeks. If something you love is out of stock, you can check back soon or choose something else.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are made, packed, and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow its journey.

What if my order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking says 'delivered' but your doorstep says otherwise, start by checking with neighbors, household members, and around your home, then contact the carrier. Still missing? Email us your order number and we’ll review options together.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each item is made to order just for you, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size or not vibing with the color or design. We only accept returns or exchanges if your item(s) arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a quick description of what’s wrong, and photos so we can review and arrange a replacement or, if a replacement isn’t possible, a refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. In all other cases, all sales are final so we can keep costs fair and continue supporting caregivers through our work.

ABOUT OUR PRICING

Pricing in the ARCHANGELS shop reflects what it takes to make and ship these beautiful things to you — as in, literally, the cost of goods, plus a 5% markup for the time we spend running the shop. We’re here to support caregivers, not profit from them. As a public benefit corporation, we hold ourselves to that.
